Born near Dierks, Ark. She was retired from the State of Arkansas, served on the Nashville County Council and was a member of First Baptist Church, Nashville.
Survivors include her husband, Lamar Windham of Nashville; three children and one child-in-law, Jeff Windham and Kelly and Ronnie Sherman of Nashville and Dr. Tracy Windham of Little Rock; two grandchildren and one grandchild-in-law.
