Velma Ada Dilday, 93, of Anderson, MO, died Thursday, June 12, 2003, at 11:35PM at McDonald County Beverly Health and Rehab Center in Anderson, MO, after an illness.
Velma Dilday was born Sep 12, 1909, in Arkansas to the late Charles and Mary Beavers. She lived in Anderson MO, since 1964, coming from Grass Valley, CA. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dolph Dilday and a son, Phil Dilday.
She is survived by a son, Max Dilday of Phoenix, AZ; a daughter, Daphne Taylor of Gentry, AR; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services of Velma Dilday will be held at 1PM Tuesday, June 17, 2003, at the Burnt School House Cemetery in Norfork, AR.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 14, 2003, at Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, MO.
