James Franklin Williams (Jim Frank) August 8, 1871-Jan. 11, 1940. Jim Frank's first wife was Martha E. (Mattie) Mercer. Mattie died Dec. 1910. Jim Frank was the son of William E.A. & Nancy Ann (Rogers) Williams from the Kings Mill community, Sharp Co., AR I am Jim Frank's great neice C.Williams Brown
