Mr. Bob Pratt, age 79, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, died Thursday, September 3, 2009, at Baxter Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Pratt was born February 11, 1930, in Rogers, Arkansas, to Clint Rice and Ada Pitts Pratt. He married Norma L. Scalf October 1, 1950, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A US Army veteran of the Korean War, Bob was one of the original employees of First National Bank and Trust beginning his 31-year career as an assistant cashier rising to the position of Senior Vice-President and member of the Board of Directors. He was currently serving on the board at the time of his death. He was a member of Mountain Home Elks Lodge #1714, the Mountain Home Lions Club and had served as its president, served on the Mountain Home City Council, the Baxter County Airport Commission, was a member of the Jaycees and the East Side Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing.
Mr. Pratt is survived by two daughters: Debbie Recktenwald and husband Michael of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Laura Baker of Mobile, Alabama, a son: Jim Pratt of Jordan, Arkansas, and two grandsons: Clint Recktenwald and wife Sara of Gassville, Arkansas and Nathan Recktenwald and wife Kirstie of Springfield, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Norma L. Pratt, age 77, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Monday, April 14, 2008 at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She was born August 5, 1930 in Rogers, Arkansas to the late John and Ruth (Reed) Scalf.
Mrs. Pratt married Bob Pratt October 1, 1950 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was of the Baptist Faith and a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Mrs. Pratt is survived by her husband: Bob Pratt of the home, two daughters: Debbie Recktenwald and husband Michael of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Laura Baker of Mobile, Alabama, a son: Jim Pratt of Jordan, Arkansas, two brothers: Lloyd Scalf of Fayetteville, Arkansas and LeRoy Scalf of New Mexico, a sister: Marie Lee of Cherryville, Kansas and two grandsons: Clint Recktenwald and wife Sara of Gassville, Arkansas and Nathan Recktenwald and wife Kirstie of Springfield, Missouri.
