Mrs. Susan Patrice Davidson, age 46, of Midway, passed away Sunday, Sept.7, 2008 at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Mrs. Davidson was born March 6, 1962 in Conway, Arkansas to Norris and Patricia Clark Whitfield. She married Harold "Bub" Davidson on Jan. 16, 1993 in Mountain Home. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. A lover of animals,
She owned a vet supply store and was past president of the Cattleman's Association.
She was a member of the Circle of Friends and Rainbow and Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, Harold "Bub" Davidson of Midway; her parents, Norris and Patricia Whitfield of Mountain Home; a son, Brandon Davidson of Midway; a sister, Beth and her husband Randy Tribble of Mountain Home; a niece, Kayla Edmonds of Mountain Home, a nephew, Corporal Kyle Edmonds USMC, serving in Afghanistan, a grandmother: Orlean Clark of Mountain Home, a mother-in-law: Grace Davidson of Gainesville, Missouri, two sister-in-laws: Kay Davidson and Rosemary and Mark Dotson all of Orlando, Florida, two uncles: Andy Whitfield of Mountain Home and Gene Talbert of Heber Springs, Arkansas and cousins: Jo Ellen and Dr. Ed White of Mountain Home, Amy and Shannon Flowers of San Antonio, Texas, Jeanie Kowis of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Jennie and Melvin Smith of Batesville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: A.B. and Opal Whitfield and maternal grandfather: William R. Clark.
