Benny Willett, 48, a lifetime Mountain Home native, died Friday, July 23, 2004, at his residence.

He was born March 11, 1956, at Mountain Home to Russell and Opal Hodge Willett.

He is survived by three sons, Johnathon and Andy Willett, both of Mountain Home, and Michael Watts of New Boston, Texas; his dad, Russell Willett; six brothers, Karel Sanders and James, Bill, Kenny, Charlie and Rusty Willett; three sisters, Ilene Stevenson, Alice Cranfill and Peggy Miller; and a host of close relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Opal Willett, and a brother, Leon Willett.

A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Oak Grove Cemetery with Albert Smith officiating.

Pallbearers are his sons and his brothers. Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Gregory, Scott and Ben Kasinger, Pete Majes and Ray Dean Knight.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oak Grove Cemetery maintenance fund.
