WILSON, Joe I. - {from Gentry} Joe I. Wilson died at his home in Tahlequah last Thursday and was buried there Friday. He was a brother of A.R. Wilson of Bloomfield and was formerly well known in the west part of the county.

Joe I. Wilson was born Sept. 23, 1867 at Bloomfield, Ark. and died Aug. 26th, 1920 at Tahlequah, Okla., age 52 years, 11 months and 3 days. On April 20, 1887 he was married to Della Richardson. To this union five boys were born, the oldest of which is dead. Mr. Wilson has spent a number of years in Oklahoma where he was engaged extensively in the mercantile and live stock business. He died suddenly; was stricken with an attack of heart trouble on the streets of Tahlequah and died a few minutes after reaching his home. The widow and four sons, Robt. of Newport, R. R.{?}; Albert, Harold and Lane of Tahlequah, together with brother and sisters of Gentry, Ark. are left to mourn his death.

Miss Della Mitchell attended the funeral of her uncle, Joe Wilson, at Bloomfield on the west side of the county, Saturday. Mr. Wilson was for years one of the best known farmers on the west side.
