Vivian Eulalia (Wylie) Fetters, age 69, of Malvern passed away unexpectedly July 27, 2004, in Council Bluff, Iowa. Visitation will be Friday, July 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Regency Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Saturday, July 31, at 2 p.m. in the Regency Chapel with Brother Darren Green officiating. The body will be cremated and the family will have a private burial at a later date. Malvern Daily Record
