Jessie Claude Garner, always called Claude, was born to Jesse M. and Mary Jane (Robinson) Garner in Clark County on 1 November 1884, and died in Clark on 4 September 1963. He married Neva Ann Dafford on 24 February 1908. She was born in Clark County on 4 February 1892, the daughter of William Green "Billie" Dafford and Jane (Runyan) Dafford. She died at a Hot Springs hospital on 2 March 1970.
