Boyce Carter the son of Carson Ruben White and Lura (Stalnaker) White. Floy Beatrice the daughter of William Lafayette Burns and Eula Vesta (Bartlett) Burns.


Floy Beatrice White, 90, of Fairfield Bay, died Nov. 25, 2010, at the Ozark Health Nursing Home in Clinton.

Born April 3, 1920, in Jasper, Ala., she was the daughter of William and Eula Bartlett Burns. She was an artist and a member of the Church of Christ at Higden. She and her husband were former residents of Walnut Ridge.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyce C. White; a brother, Roy Burns; a sister, Agnes Anderson; and a granddaughter, Adrianne White.

Survivors include a son, Billy Frank White and wife Rhonda, Cabot; a brother, Bill Burns, Mammoth Spring; a granddaughter, Ashley France; a great-grandson; and special friends, Don and Gloria Savage and Don and Margie Adams.

Funeral was Saturday at 10 a.m. at Olmstead Funeral Home with Carroll Sites officiating. Burial was in Kelly Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Larry Burns, Terry Burns, Danny Walker, Mickey McSpadden, Jerry Oliver and Bob Mallis.
