Garland Wesley (Bub) Hull and his wife, Eugenia F. (Tootsie) Hull, of Route 1, Lamar died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002, in a fire which destroyed their home.
He was a son of the late Marion Doyal and Dorthy Woodrow Pearson Hull and self-employed. She was a daughter of the late Duel and Juanita Myers Freeman.
They are survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Dorthy and Mike Farmer of Lamar; and two grandchildren, Michael Dean Farmer and Britney Rose Farmer, both of Lamar.
He is also survived by three sisters, Freda Rose Hull, Frances Doreen Stockton and Janis June Hull, all of Lamar; and one brother, John David Hull of Hagarville; and she is also survived by two sisters, Sis Ivey of Dover and Louetta Wilkerson of Gainesville, Ga.; and two brothers, Bob Freeman of Dover and Dave Freeman of Centerville.
A memorial service for the couple was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at Roller-Cox Chapel with Rev. Amos Pledger officiating.
