Rogers Democrat
Thursday, November 12, 1914
WEAVER, Ernest - Ernest Weaver, the 18-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. R.E. Weaver, died Tuesday, November 3d at the home four miles northwest of town. He had been ill for several years, having been forced to give up his work in the Rogers high school in March 1912. He was a bright young fellow, a favorite with his friends and associates, and his continued illness and death was a great blow to the family and to all who knew him. Funeral services were held at Little Flock church Wednesday, the 4th, in the afternoon, and were conducted by Uncle Ben Mahurin. Burial was in the Little Flock cemetery.
