Letha was the oldest of 6 daughters raised on her father's farm near Flippin, Arkansas. She was baptised in Crooked Creek by Bro. McChristian ca. 1910/1912. She worked on the farm until she married Flem in 1915 at Flippin. She and Flem lived at various places in northern Arkansas where he taught school. Following her husband's death in 1950, she continued to live at Snow, Arkansas and worked at the Bruns & Pyle General Store in Yellville. She later moved into a home in Yellville which her son-in-law Evert Dardin built for her. She died in Yellville and is buried near Flippin.
