Robert William Crawford, 66, of Bentonville, died Monday, May 15, 1995, at his home. Born April 30, 1929, at Salida, Colo., the son of John Earl and Jeanette A. Campbell Crawford, he owned service stations in several states for 45 years. He moved to this area in 1992 from Plainview, Texas, and was affiliated with the Seventh-Day Adventist church.
Survivors are his wife, Dorothy Giles Crawford of the home; four sons, Richard Hawkins of Berthoud, Colo., Steve Hawkins of Colorado Springs, Colo., Todd Crawford of Plainview, Texas, and Mark Helms of Bentonville; five daughters, Vickie Copeland of Lubbock, Texas, Pam Martin of New Deal, Texas, Pam Cooley of Colorado Springs, Colo., Judy Rainbolt of San Saba, Texas, and Bonnie Wall of Crosbyton, Texas; a brother, John Crawford of Eugene, Oregon; a sister, Laverne Queen of Temecula, Calif., 25 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville with Dr. James E. Giles officiating. Burial will be in Bentonville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice Care Network, c/o Pam, 1227 W. Walnut, Rogers, 72756.
