E. C. Kremer, 69, of Scranton died Thursday, June 18, 2009.
A native of Scranton, he was a son of the late Frank Alfred and Mary Clementine Beschoner Kremer, self-employed masonry contractor, member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church, and preceded in death by one brother, Roger Dale Kremer.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Jeanette Greb Kremer; one son, Clay Kremer and wife, Michele, of Scranton; one daughter, Lanette Kraus and husband, Bobby, of Clarksville; four sisters, Ramona Whitman of Subiaco, and Elaine Sprick, Shirley Marie Kremer and Alfreda Jenkins, all of Scranton; two brothers, Frank J. (Bud) Kremer of Scranton and Jack R. Kremer of New Blaine; six grandchildren, Kasey Clay Kremer, Cody Lane Kremer, Dillion Chase Kraus, Layla Marie Kraus, Tabitha Lee Moore, and Dakota Lamar Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosary was at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 21, at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Mass was at 10 a.m. Monday, June 22, at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Scranton with burial at St. Meinard Cemetey in Prairie View.
Active pallbearers were Clay Kremer, Dalton Jenkins, Roger Kremer, Frank Curtis Whitman, Kevin Greb, Bobby Kraus and Jake Kremer. Honorary pallbearers were Frank J. Kremer, Jack Kremer, Mike Jenkins, Kasey Kremer, Cody Kremer, and Dillion Kraus.
