Obituary from The Baxter Bulletin, Mountain Home, Arkansas:

Visitation for Plas Boyd Lovelady, a lifetime Mountain Home resident, will be 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. today at Roller Funeral Home. Mr. Lovelady, 61, died Monday (Feb. 29, 1988) at Baxter County Regional Hospital.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Roller Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Wayne Camp officiating. Burial will be in Douglas Cemetery with the pallbearers to be announced later.

Survivors include his wife Ellamae, at home; two sons, Jerry Lovelady of Mountain Home and Don Lovelady of Hannah City, Ill.; two daughters, Janice Woodbury and Linda Crawford, both of Mountain Home; two brothers, Charlie Lovelady of Van Buren and Willard Lovelady of Flagstaff, Ariz.; two sisters, Gladys Brown of North Little Rock and Lavon White of Jonesboro; four stepsons, Duane Blevins, Charles Blevins and Joshua Blevins, all of Mountain Home, and Wayne Blevins of Wales in the United Kingdom; two stepdaughters, Diane Mathis of Mountain Home and Vicki Brooks of Gainesville, Mo.; and six grandchidren. He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Connelia Jordan Lovelady; one brother; and one sister.

Mr. Lovelady was a plumber with Standard Supply Plumbing. He was a native of Baxter County, born here Dec. 13, 1926. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Mountain Home VFW Post. Mr. Lovelady also was a member of the Monday and Tuesday nights bowling leagues at Riverlake Lanes. He married Ellamae Oestreicher Aug. 20, 1977, at Mountain Home. Mr. Lovelady was Potestant.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
