Belva E. Clements was born June 10, 1912 at Almond, Wisc. to Martin and Edith Palmer Johnson. She married William H. Clements on July 6, 1941 at Stevens Point, Wisc. She lived at Mukwonago Wisc. for 27 years, moving from Mountain Home.

She was a medical technician and business manager for the Rice Clinic, and a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Baxter County Republican party. She loved to cook and be with her family.

She is survived by two sons, Bruce (Dawn) Clements of San Antonio, and Palmer (Judy) Clements, of Waukesha, Wisc.; one brother, Leland (Mae) Johnson, of Almond, Wisc.; a sister-in-law, Grace Clements of Mountain Home; and five grandchildren, William Clements, Ross Clements, Ben Clements, Elizabeth Clements (Matt) Dahlen, Kathryn Clements; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three sisters, Ruth, Carol, and Jean.
