was wounded, captured, and exchanged.
Elected captain of the Chicot Guards Co g
92nd Reg ARK Vol infantry
Was with his company in all battles
until surrender at Port Hudson, LA
One of the 600 confederates officers
sent to Charleston Harbor, SC
Confined 42 days under fire
of their own guns on Morris Isalnd,
released from prison on Jun 1865
And returned to Chicot County ARK
A member of the immortal 600
