Ashby Funeral Home online obituary:
Teddye L. Carter, age 52, of Benton; passed away Wednesday November 1, 2006. He was born on August 18, 1954 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Carter was self-employed, a member of Mt. Carmel Methodist Church and served in the U. S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Carter.
He is survived by his parents, Ted and Sylvia Carter; three sons, Joshua Carter, Chance Carter and Nathan Maness all of Benton; daughter, Melissa Powell of Alexander; brother, David Carter of Benton and five grandchildren, Colby Maness, Annabelle Maness, Timothy Powell, Jayme Powell and Brady Powell and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Ashby Funeral Home.
The Family will have a private graveside service.
