Melvin Lee Davis, 74, of Ozark, formerly of Clarksville, died Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at Ozark. He was a son of the late Solomon R. and Dorcas Mays Davis, saw mill employee, affiliated with the Assembly of God Church, and was preceded in death by his wife, Dovie L. Davis.
He is survived by two sisters, Maggie Martin of Huntsville and Allene McGuire of Ozark.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday, April 19, at Roller-Cox Chapel with Rev. John Martin and Rev. Glenn Simpson officiating. Burial was in Patterson Springs Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Roger Crouch, Robert McGuire, Darrell McGuire, Johnny Martin, Gary McGuire and Lonnie Tate.
