Teresa Ann (Matlock) Hoffman the wife of Donald Ray Hoffman. Teresa Ann (Matlock) Hoffman the daughter of William J. Matlock and Ethel (Clouse) Matlock.

WALNUT RIDGE — Teresa Ann Hoffman, 50, died Monday at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

She had lived in Walnut Ridge most of her life, moving there from Cave City. She was a factory worker, homemaker and member of Faith of the Apostles Church.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Hoffman of the home; sons, Aaron Hoffman of Hoxie and Joey Hoffman of Walnut Ridge; daughter, Ashley Hoffman of the home; parents, William and Ethel Clouse Matlock; brother, Steven Matlock of Warm Springs; sisters, Debra Hoffman of Imboden and Rebecca Box of Batesville; and two grandchildren, Kayla and Alyssa Hoffman.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at House-Gregg Funeral Home Chapel in Walnut Ridge with David Morse and David Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery at Imboden.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Hoffman, Jason Hoffman, Eric Hoffman, Wayne Hoffman, Jason Lamb and John Farmer.

Honorary pallbearers will be Carlos Vidal and Charley Russell.

Visitation will be this evening from 5-8 at the funeral home.
