Mrs. Callie Frances Baker, aged 72, of Ingalls, died at her home last Wednesday. Mrs. Baker was a native of Sebastian County, where she was born on December 3, 1884. She had lived here for a number of years, however. She was member of the Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, W.R. and D.W. Clanton; a daughter, Mrs. J.E. McNabb; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Johnson, Mrs. Alice Hickman, and Mrs. Stella Hickman, all of Ingalls; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Baker were conducted at the Union Hill Baptist Church at 2:30 Friday by Rev. Rolla Nixon. Burial was in the Union Hill Cemetery by Frazer Funeral Home. Pallbearers were J.B. Jackson, Joe Frank McNabb, Mervin Clanton, Morris Clanton, Junior Raney, and Wilfred Huitt. (Obituary compliments of "CJ")
