Veda was the daughter of James and Cora Alise Bray Shipman. Cora Alise was daughter of Thomas & Sophronia Vance Bray. Veda married Denver E. Boultinghouse. They are buried in Blue Springs Cemetery, Newark, Independence County, Arkansas.
