Olin, 87, died in a Dierks health center. He was
--the son of Jeff & Arabia Manasco Strasner
--the husband of Mabel Lorene Payte, married September 23, 1943
--an employee of the Arkansas Forestry Commission and Dierks Timber Company
--a World War II US Coast Guard veteran
--a member of the Umpire Community Church, and he
--served on the Howard County Quorum Court
--served on the Umpire School Board
He is survived by his wife; 3 sons and their wives - Donald & Donna White Strasner; Kenneth & Sharon Jenkins Strasner; and Kerry & Laura Strasner; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one great-grandson, Kaleb Luke Strasner.
Funeral services were held at Umpire Community Church with John Henry Williams & Don Vaughn officiating. Burial was under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in Dierks.
