WEST FORK — John H. Snider, 91, of West Fork died March 6, 2009, at his home. He was born Dec. 1, 1917, in the Trace Branch community, to John Henry and Bessie Alma Holden Snider.
He was a retired farmer and stonemason.
Survivors include his wife, Edith L. Medley Snider; his son, Steven Snider of West Fork; four daughters, Janice Wasson of Springdale, Johnnie Bulger of Carterville, Mo., Dolores Snider and Sherri Caudle, both of West Fork; his brother, Randolph E. Snider; three sisters, Effie Howard, Dorothy Williams and Vivian King; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mineral Springs Cemetery with Robin Rhodes officiating.
