Willie Kenner Deweese, 71 of Hawthorne died January 24,2003 at Hawthorne. He was born September 5, 1931, in Rudd to Ellis George and Ida Elizabeth Sisco Deweese. He was an inspector for GM Motors for 30 years and was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosanna Deweese. Survivors include three sisters, Molly Deweese of Hawthorne, Dorothy Allred of Springdale and Bonnie Walker of Berryville. Servces will be at 1 p.m. today at Charles M Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville with the Rev. Dean Smith officiating. Arrangements are by Nelson Funeral Service in Berryville.
