Jack H. Russell, 70, of 1608 South Grant St., Little Rock died Thursday at a Little Rock hospital. Mr. Russell was a member of the Methodist Church and was an inspector for an architect firm until his retirement. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jacquelyn Flemming and Mrs. Sandra Lyons, both of Little Rock; one brother, Robert A. Russell of Fordyce; three sisters, Mrs. Marjorie Duncan of Little Rock, Mrs. Frances Jordon and Louise Russell, both of Camden, and one grandchild. Funeral arrangements are still pending.
