Bearden, June 12 - Mrs. William Walker, aged 78, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. O. J. Gatling, Saturday morning. She is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs. W. O. J. Gatling and Mrs. T. M. Smith of Hagerman, Tex., and three grandchildren; also by three brothers, D. B. and H. R. Harrison of Fordyce and E. P. Harrison of Carlisle. The body was taken to Fordyce Sunday, burial being in the family burial ground there. (Arkansas Democrat - June 12, 1922)
