Died November 8, 2003, Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas.
Son of Ernest Lamar Kerr Sr. & Elsie Kerr Stroud Rowden.
Married Mary Jane Watson, January 29, 1949.

CALICO ROCK -- Lamar "Red" Kerr Jr., 83, of Calico Rock (Izard County), died Saturday at the Conway Regional Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 17, 1919, at Newburg (Izard County), a son of the late Ernest Lamar Kerr Sr. and Elsie Kerr Stroud Rowden.
He was self-employed as a used car dealer and cattle farmer.
He was a member of the Calico Rock Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by one half brother, Romaine Stroud.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane Kerr; two daughters, Konnie McCarthy of Conway and Karla Wilson of Rison; one half brother, Garner Stroud of Olathe, Kan.; one half sister, Vivienne Garner of Carlsbad, N.M.; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Howard Funeral Home at Calico Rock with Ed Matthews and James Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery at Calico Rock.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
