NEILL, John – (from Goshen) After a long spell of sickness Uncle John Neill passed away. The community was sorry to mourn the loss of such a good man. Uncle John has lived here for a number of years and was loved by all. He was a Free Mason and also a good Christian. He died Saturday evening, October 29th and was buried at Goshen at 2 p.m. Monday, October 31st. Rev. Armstrong of the M.E. Church, South conducted the ceremonies.

John Neil, 75 years old, a long-time resident of the county, died Sunday at his home near Goshen. The remains were laid to rest yesterday afternoon with Masonic honors.
