Reba M Austin, 79, of Booneville was born Dec 11, 1928, in Fairfax, Okla, to John and Edith Walker Cobb. She passed away Monday, March 10, 2008, in Booneville. She retired after 25-plus years as the night supervisor at the Booneville Human Development Center near Booneville. She is preceded in death by infant daughter, Mary Louise Dunn; parents, John Cobb & Edith Wright; sister, Alma Pierini; grandson, Randall Bland; great-grandson, Derek Herman.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Thomas Austin, Jr of the home; three daughters, Nedra Jones & husband Virgil Jones of Ione, Katherine E Terry of Booneville, & Sandra M Jones of Booneville; one son, Kenny & Susie of Barling; two daughters-in-law, Pam Bland & husband Randy of Bartlesville & Barbara Dickens & husband Don of Magazine; two brothers, Bill & Wayne Cobb of Booneville; 21 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 10 nieces & nephews. Pallbearers: Eddie Reynolds, Woody Weaver, Pat Weaver, Virgil Jones, Don Dickens, Randy Bland.
