Gary Wayne Renihan,44,of Ash Flat died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2001 at his residence. He was born June 21, 1957 in Indianapolis, Ind., son of Robert Renihan and Janet Allen. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He served during the Vietnam Conflict.He moved to Ash Flat seven years ago from Dallas,Texas. He was of the Protestant faith and worked as a carpet layer while living in Ash Flat. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Robert and Glenda Renihan of Cherokee Village;his mother, Janet Renihan of Indianapolis, Ind.;his paternal grandmother Dorothy Cazadd of Indianapolis;three brothers Thomas Allen Renihan of Ash Flat,Robert Steven Renihan of Cherokee Village,and David Bruce Renihan of Indianapolis,Ind.,two sisters,Susan Scarborough of Little Elm, Texas, and Cheryl Barkman of Indianapolis;one step-sister, Tammy Jennings;and many other relatives and friends. Graveside services were held Saturday, Nov.3,2001, at 10 a.m. at Wiles Cemetery in Ash Flat, with arrangements under the direction of Tri-County's Cherokee Chapel of Highland.
