SPRINGDALE — Linda Jean White, 61, of Springdale died May 7, 2008, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. She was born Jan. 22, 1947, in Camden to Marion Craig and Emma Jean Smith Craig.
She was a surgical nurse at St. Vincent's in Little Rock, Washington Regional in Fayetteville, Northwest Medical Center-Springdale and most recently for Dr. Gareth Eck. She was involved with Awana and attended Johnson Baptist Church. She married Alvin White, on Dec. 16, 1967. She moved to the area in 1973.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Rachael White.
Survivors include her husband, Alvin White of the home; two sons, Dusty White and wife Karla of Rogers and Deke White and wife Carrie of Pea Ridge; a daughter, Brandi Russell and husband Wesley of Springdale; two brothers, Charles Craig of Camden and Jim Craig of Monroe, La.; a sister, Brenda Craig of Springdale and four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bentonville City Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge, siscofuneralhome.net.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
