OLIVER TUCKER DIES WEDNESDAY

Insect Bite Results Fatally For Man Who Remodeled City Building

Complications resulting from infection of a tick bite suffered two weeks ago caused the death Wednesday of Oliver Newby Tucker, 54, at his home near Wheeler.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete pending word from relatives.

Mr. Tucker was born at Gwynnville, Ind., December 15, 1883. He had been a resident of this locality for the past 15 years, and supervised the remodeling of the City Administration Building here this year.

He is survived by his wife, Ethel; two daughters, Mrs. Beulah Davis of Fayetteville and Miss Dixie Tucker, of the home; two sons, Frank, of the home, and Robert, of Fayetteville; three brothers, Frank, of Muskegon, Mich.; Jess, of Shelbyville, Ind.; John, of Wheeler; and two sisters, Mrs. Amanda Tucker and Mrs. Joan Gardner, both of Ravenna, Mich.

Mrs. Margaret Ethel Tucker, 93, Rt. 4, Fayetteville, died Oct. 15 in Washington Regional Medical Center. Born Dec. 20, 1881, in Washington County, Tenn., she was a member of Highland Community Church.

Survivors include two sons, Franklin Tucker and Robert Tucker, Fayetteville; two daughters, Mrs. Dixie Morris, Fayetteville, and Mrs. Beulah Davis, Farmington; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Nelson Funeral Home of Fayetteville

Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Ethel Tucker, 93, Rt. 4, Fayetteville, will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Highland Community Church with the Rev. Jim Lauer officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
