OZARK — Grace Lee (Peg) Burrow, 101, of Ozark died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2000, in an Ozark Nursing Home. She was a registered nurse and a member of both the Ozark Presbyterian Church and United Daughters of the Confederacy. She was instrumental in the start up of Turner Hospital in Ozark and the widow of Isham Burrow, former publisher of the Spectator newspaper.

Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Highland Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including Ann Wewer of Gainesville, Ga., Bob Burrow of Dahlonega, Ga., and John Burrow of Fayetteville.
