BERRY, T D - {from The Fayetteville Sentinel} Hon. T.D. Berry died at his home in Ozark last Saturday, aged 68 years. He was at one time sheriff of Madison county but had lived at Ozark many years and several times represented Faulkner county in the legislature. He was an uncle to US Senator Berry.

Hon T D Berry, an uncle of United States Senator James H Berry, died at his home in Ozark Saturday morning in his sixty-ninth year. Mr Berry served in the Confederate Army as a Lieutenant, was twice elected sheriff of Madison county, was five times elected mayor of Ozark and represented Franklin County in the Legislature three terms. He was a Royal Arch Mason and Knight of Honor, being a member of the Grand Lodge of both orders.
