Cecil Duncan 72, of Rohwer, died Monday at Leisure Lodge Nursing Home in McGehee. He was a retired grocer. Mr. Duncan was a member of Kelso Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Betty Moss Duncan; a son Cecil Clyde Duncan of Redwood City, CA; two daughters Mrs. Loretta Sekeotis of Redwood City, CA and Mrs. Ludene Black of Baytown, TX; two brothers G.C. Duncan and B.A. Duncan both of Brinkley; three sisters Mrs. Annie Russell of Brinkley,. Mrs. Opal Lewis of Little Rock and Mrs. Cora Jones of Clinton; six grand children and two great grand children. Funeral services were held a 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kelso Church by Rev. Milon Edmondson. Burial was in Jefferson Cemetery by Dyer Funeral Home.
