STAR CITY — Sidneigh Paige Maynard, 17, of Star City died Friday. She was born Oct. 22, 1990, in Pine Bluff to Lee Maynard and Le Ann Harris. She attended St. Joseph High School, where she was going to be a senior. She was a member of Southside Missionary Baptist Church in Star City. She attended Girls State, was an Arkansas Scholar, a member of the National Honor Society, a cheerleader, played volleyball and softball. Preceding her in death was her uncle, Michael Harris; maternal great-grandparents, Robert and Estelle Floyd, G.P. Jr., and Margie Harris; paternal great-grandparents, George Ivy Primm, Henry L. Ivy, Houston and Venia Morgan, Ann Maynard; step-grandparents, Espa and Arlene Bennett.
Survivors include her father and stepmother, Lee and Leanne Maynard of Star City; mother and stepfather, Le Ann and Mark Bennett of Star City; three brothers, Nicholas Maynard, Zach Bennett, Jason Bennett and wife Jessie, all of Star City; one sister, Peighton Maynard of Star City; maternal grandparents, Pete and Virginia Harris of Star City; paternal grandparents, Ronnie and Peggy Morgan of Star City, Joe Maynard of Pine Bluff, Buddy and Linda Davison of Star City; aunt, Kristi Williams of Conway; uncles, Ronnie Morgan of Star City, Jimmy Harris of Vilonia, Jeffery Harris of Pine Bluff. Funeral services were held Monday at the Griffin Funeral Chapel in Star City. Brother Bruce Huddleston officiated. Burial was in Drake Cemetery. Pallbearers were Zade Holloway, Ben McGriff, Zach Wygal, Jared Heiles, Tyler Thompson, Tim Ogg, Craig Culliford, Chaz Jones, Joshua Dickey, Dillon Rupe. Honorary pallbearers were Zach Bennett, Jason Bennett and Beau Warren.
