ROGERS — Jerry Wayne Price, 70, of Rogers died July 31, 2006, at Circle of Life Hospice Home in Springdale. He was born Nov. 8, 1935, in McFarland, Calif., to David and Ella Pate Price.
He was a former employee of Benton County Sheriff's Department and later retired from the Department of Correction Work Release Center in Springdale in 1998. He was an avid sports fan and was a Lutheran.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Price of Rogers; three sons, Robert Wayne Price of Cave Springs, David Lester Price and wife Deborah of Lowell and Darryl Craig Price of Rogers; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Bentonville Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, online at www.rollinsfuneral.com.
Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, 72764.
