in 1850 while riding through GA he met his future wife when he stopped at a well to water his horse. They were married a few days later 22 Aug 1850, moved to Boone Co and had 8 children.
Louisa Vanbebber born 25 Jul 1820 (GA)
married John Wagley and had 8 children
