Edith Jewel Mueller, 92, of Paragould died Monday, Dec. 8, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.
Born in the Cotton Belt area in Greene County, she was a 1932 graduate of Paragould High School, a retired bookkeeper and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Lafe.
Survivors include a son, Robert J. Mueller of Mandeville, La.; two brothers, Ralph Walden of Augusta, Ga., and Wilburn Walden of Springfield, Mo.; and two granddaughters, Rebecca Mueller of Minneapolis and Rachel Mueller of Baton Rouge, La.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph Otto Mueller; her parents, Harry and Lucy Blalock Walden; two brothers; and one sister.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Lutheran Church, with Curtis Dwyer officiating. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home of Paragould.
