(from Willow Springs} Funeral services for Lee McCoslin, 34 years old, who died Thursday morning at 3 o'clock, were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Christian church in Rogers. Burial was in the Rogers cemetery with J.W. Bryant in charge. Mr. McCoslin underwent an operation for appendicitis Tuesday night and death came soon afterward. He and his family moved here about a year ago from Texas and they have played an active part in our community ever since. Mr. McCoslin was a willing worker. He and his family attended Sunday school regularly and he was a booster for our literary society. He loved to help out in all our social activities. He was always cheerful and greeted his friends with a smile. He will be sadly missed by the people of this community but God only knows best. We hope that our loss is heaven's gain.
