BOONE, W.A. - The Springfield Democrat of last Thursday said: W.A. Boone, a well known Northside man, died this morning at his home, 1903 North Jefferson street as the result of a brief illness. He was a young man, 27 years old, and had not been married very long. He leaves a wife to mourn him. He was employed in the north side Frisco shops and had a host of friends who greatly regret his death. The funeral services will be held tomorrow at Rogers, Ark. where the deceased formerly resided. The remains will be sent to that place this evening. There will be no services here. ***** The funeral was held here Saturday morning at ten o'clock at the Baptist church. The deceased was married several years ago to Miss Lillie Ritter of this city.
