Mary Louise Bledsoe, 80, of Benton, departed this life on June 24, 2007. She was born February 24, 1927 in Little Rock to the late John Mason and Girtrue Wise Evans. Mary grew up in Benton and always called it home even after living in other places for many years. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Time spent with her family were her best times. Mary was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Benton and a member of the Dorcas Sunday School Class. She enjoyed her many friendships as a member of the Talisman Club and of Provincia de la Sal Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution in Benton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Juanita Richards and Virginia Holiman.
Survivors, husband of 54 years, Harley L. Bledsoe, Benton, son, Randy Northern and wife, Nives, Memphis, Tennessee, daughter, Robin Burkett and husband, Jerry of Stuttgart, Arkansas, grandchildren, Caroline Cook and Laura Burkett both of Stuttgart.
