ELSIE HENDRIX Wilson, 73, of Machesney Park, Ill., died Friday, Feb. 14, at her residence.
Born in Bono, she had lived in Illinois for several years. She worked 16 years at Atwood Vacuum Machine Co. and for Wholesale Veterinary Supply. She was a member of the New Life Baptist Church and Clifford Johnson Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband, Duane Wilson of the home; one son, Kevin Hendrix; one stepson, Louis Wilson; two daughters, Louise Patterson and Patricia Woolever; one stepdaughter, Beverly Loebach; seven grandchildren, Anthony Patterson, Sheila Patterson, Brian Patterson, Wendy McBroom, Joe Moore, Brandi Hendrix and Natasha Hendrix; three stepgrandchildren, Stephen Loebach, Jody Millinet and Jennifer Wilson; nine great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Hendrix.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Lorado Baptist Church in Lorado, with the Rev. Ernest Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in Lorado Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Jonesboro
