Husband of Mary Ann Wolf Settles.
Josiah Settles died around 1820, and was the first known burial in the cemetery that is now known as the Wolf Cemetery. The exact location of his grave is unknown, but he is the third person listed in the Territorial Period on the Memorial at the Wolf Cemetery.
