John Fillmore Whittaker was born May 1845 in Missouri. Father: Telemachus Whittaker, mother unknown. John died in 1917 in Lawrence County, AR. This grave marker has death date of 1920, his heirs signed deeds transferring ownership of his farm showing death date of 1917. John married Laura Belle Crow August 26, 1884. Their children: Pearl Jane Whittaker, she married Burton H. Meadows, Nora May Whittaker, she married Felix Andrew Fry, Thomas Henry Whittaker, he married Maud May Manning, Maude Whittaker, she married Jackson H. Deen, Esther Francis Whittaker, she married Virgil Manning, Bert Corbett Whittaker, he married Ada Belle Murphy and then he married Edna Pine Everson. John Whittaker Fillmore first wife is unknown, he had one daughter from that marriage Laura Whittaker, she married William Conrey. John Fillmore Whittaker's second wife was Anna Clemons, they were married in Lawrence County, AR May 10, 1877. John and Anna had one daughter Elizabeth (Lizzie) Whittaker, she married Oliver Fry, James Harrison Cook and Mr. Frazier.
