BELLA VISTA — Elsie Mae Barganier, 68, of Bella Vista died Jan. 22, 2002, at her home in Bella Vista. She was born April 19, 1933, in Middleburg, Ky., to James C. and Myrtle Jones. She moved to Bells Vista on Dec. 12, 1990, from York, Pa. She was a member of the Bella Vista Baptist Church and helped with the girls auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Barganier, to whom she was married 44 years; three sons, David L. Barganier and wife Jane of Columbia, Pa., John S. Barganier of Brookline, N.H., and R. Scott Barganier of York; one brother, James H. Jones of Sarasota, Fla.; three grandsons; three stepgrandsons; four stepgreat-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bells Vista Baptist Church with Joe Baker officiating. Burial will be in Bella Vista Cemetery under the direction of Bella Vista Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials to made to the Bella Vista Baptist Church Building Fund, 50 E. Lancashire Blvd., Bella Vista, 72714, or Washington Regional Hospice, 34 W. Colt Square Drive 1, Fayetteville, 72703.
