H. P. Jones Dead
H. P. Jones, age 49 years died suddenly at his home in the Pleasant Valley vicinity last Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. He had been in bad health for several months, but was able to be up and was not thought to be in a dangerous condition. He ate his dinner as usual and only until a few moments before his death did he appear in a serious condition.
Mr Jones was a native of Kentucky, but moved to Arizona a few years ago. He moved here with his family nine months ago from Jerome, Ariz., and bought land near here. Deceased is survived by his wife and three children. Mr Jones was an Elk and a Mason. Burial took place near Pleasant Valley Monday afternoon, services being conducted by Elder R. M. Hively
