Pearl May Caraway was born in Izard County, Arkansas, October 28, 1892, and passed away in Gid, Arkansas, February 11, 1965, at the age of 72 years, 3 months, and 14 days. She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Caraway is survived by her husband, Jack Caraway; 3 daughters, Mrs. Ruth Tate of Wenatchee, Wash., Mrs. Vernie Johnson and Mrs. Mildred Moser both of Melbourne; her mother, Mrs. Sopha Ann Smith of Batesville. 1 sister, Mrs. Emma Sims of Batesville; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
